These Terms & Conditions govern your use of growgeni.com and your purchase of any product sold on it. growgeni.com is operated by Aryan Khemka trading as GrowGeni ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using a GrowGeni product, you agree to these terms.
GrowGeni's digital resources and toolkits are digital, self-serve products, delivered instantly as a download, a linked Notion workspace, or similar, depending on the product. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal use, indefinitely, for the one-time price stated on that product's page.
Being digital products, there is no physical shipping. Access is delivered by email or download link immediately after successful payment. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check spam before contacting us.
Once a product is delivered, the sale is final: we don't offer refunds for change of mind. The one exception is if you don't receive your access within 14 days of purchase, in which case we'll fix delivery or issue a full refund. Full policy: Cancellation & Refunds.
Our products are practical business tools and resources, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Results depend on your own effort, market, and execution. We don't guarantee specific outcomes.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or full payment details ourselves.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
