How will I receive my digital resources after purchase?
Every product is delivered instantly. Right after payment, you'll get access by email or download link, so you can get started right away.
What digital resources does GrowGeni provide?
Are purchases one-time or subscription-based?
All purchases are one-time. Once you buy a product, you get lifetime access, no recurring or hidden fees.
Can I request a refund?
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final once delivered. The one exception is if you never actually receive access: see our
Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.
Do I need special software to use what I've bought?
It depends on the product, its own page will tell you. The Lead-to-Client Conversion Toolkit, for example, works from any browser with no install required.
I didn't receive my access or download link. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still not there, email us at
