Due to the nature of digital products, once an order is completed and the product is delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible, irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and access has been sent.
